Right, let’s talk.

Send us your web address and we’ll tell you the three things we’d change first, free. No website yet? Tell us about your business instead.

Tell us about your business

An email or a phone number is all we need to reply.

Picked a call or a text? Add your number so we can reach you.

Paste the address and we’ll look at it before we reply. No website yet? Leave it blank.

What your business does, and what you’d like from a website. Never send passwords here.

Sam talks to you about what you’re after. Stanley builds your site and keeps it up to date.

What happens next

  • If you gave an email, a note comes to confirm your message arrived.
  • We reply the same working day, Monday to Friday, or the next one if you send it after hours.
  • If you sent your website, we look at it before we talk.

Questions people ask

How much will it cost?

It depends on what your business needs. A written price for yours is fairer than a list that fits nobody. After a chat, we write up what you need for you to agree. Then you get one price in writing for the build and the monthly care, before anything starts. See every step.

Am I tied in?

No. There’s no minimum term. If you want to stop the monthly care, give us 30 days’ notice.

What does the monthly care cover?

Hosting, updates, backups and security fixes, all done for you. Plus a little time each month for small changes, like new opening hours. Bigger jobs, like a new page, are quoted first.

Is the web address mine?

Yes. It stays in your name, whoever looks after your site.

What if I want to leave?

Give us 30 days’ notice. Your web address stays yours, and we hand your site over promptly, with an export of it. The template we build with stays ours.

What if you two stop?

Your web address is in your name, so it never goes with us. If we ever stop, we hand you your site, an export of it, and a note of where everything lives. Anyone can then pick it up.

Will it bring me more work?

We won’t promise that, or the top of Google. We build it to be quick on a phone and easy for Google to read, with a working enquiry form.

Do I need a website if most of my work is word of mouth?

Word of mouth gets people to look you up. Your site is what they find.
